Yamal's goal saw him make history, as he became the youngest player to ever score in a last-four tie in the competition, doing so at the age of 17 years and 291 days. Mbappe scored his goal in the semi-final in 2017, as Monaco lost 2-1 to Juventus. He was 18 years and 140 days old.
Yamal has been in remarkable form in the Champions League this season and has scored four goals, and provided four assists, in 11 games. He has scored at every stage of the competition thus far.
Barca, who lead La Liga by four points from Real Madrid, are next in action against Valladolid this weekend. They then face Inter in the second leg next Tuesday, before playing Real in a huge Clasico clash.
